Goldionaire is in preview and nothing is on sale yet. This page is being finalised with our legal advisers and will be complete before the first sale.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Goldionaire. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us or to hold a reward entry.
3. What we sell
We sell individually numbered physical collectibles in limited editions. The edition size, price and per-collector limit are shown on each drop page. Counts of pieces claimed and remaining are taken from our records at the moment the page loads and can change before you complete a purchase.
4. Holds and orders
When you claim a piece it is held for you for 10 minutes. A hold is not a purchase. If payment is not completed in that time the piece returns to the pool. An order is accepted only when payment is confirmed by our payment provider. If a payment is confirmed after an edition has sold out, we will refund it in full.
5. Reward promotion
Some drops include a promotional reward. Every buyer receives the collectible they paid for, whether or not they receive the reward. Eligibility, entry, the draw and the delivery of any reward are governed only by the official promotion rules for that drop, which may differ by country. Where the rules and these terms conflict on the promotion, the rules apply.
6. Prices, taxes and shipping
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, taxes and import duties that apply to your country are shown before you pay. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
If a piece arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it. Any additional cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country are not affected. A refunded or charged-back order is no longer eligible for the reward promotion.
8. Authenticity and ownership records
Each piece carries a serial number and a certificate that can be checked on this site. The ownership record in your garage is a record we keep for authentication. It is not a financial product and carries no right other than those described here.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use automated tools to claim pieces, open multiple accounts to get around per-collector limits, or interfere with the site. We may cancel holds and orders and close accounts that do.
10. Intellectual property
The Goldionaire name, designs, photographs and text belong to us or our licensors. Vehicle names are used to describe the models and belong to their respective owners.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Law and changes
The governing law will be stated here before the first sale. We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
